"For the main open space we want a shared working area and a lounge area.

The interior room will serve as a conference room.

I'm thinking that I'd like to furnish it with the following:

~6 sit/stand desks and decent chairs
couch, lounge chair, coffee table, small credenza
whiteboard for the wall
a 4-6 person conference setup for the interior conference room (~10' x 10'). Basic chairs are fine
Maybe a privacy booth/nook if the cost is reasonable?
