your table is a made by Herman Miller 

and they are quite expensive. 

we are still trying to figure the laminate color. 

the problem will be to match the base.

if need to matched exactly  you will have to ask a Herman Miller or Knoll Dealer.

I am sure you guys have the information for the company that sold you all the furniture. 

Thera are only a few in the Bay Area.

Pivot interiors(Fremont)  and interion motions. (Emeryville)

Unless they bought out of state and got it delivered and install by a local company.
