Hi Bonnie here is the revised estimate. 

I forgot to include the tv wall mount we charge $75 per tv including heavy duty anchors

we can finalize everything tomorrow (Thursday 8/20)

I order all the furniture we need I think the (4) laminated pedestals are in back order 

until monday.

you can use these pedestals 

Laminated (4) x195=780 

KI pedestal (4) x50=200  your saving $580 

Chairs to save you money

you can replace the ones for the conference room #3 (4 chairs) $1,000

and the Engineering rom # 2 (4) chairs $1,000

and replace for these ones;

Herman Miller Caper with wheels $95 (you already use these)

nesting chairs with wheels $95

using (8) of these will be 8x95=760 

2,000-760=1,240  you will save $1,240
